I'm an information guy. The more info I have the happier I am and having a Garmin makes me very happy. By analyzing the data from my Garmin I found I went out a little too hard. It felt OK at the time but the numbers dont lie. I was over threshold too often in the first 90 minutes and I definatly paid for it over the last 90 minutes.
Leaving Saturday AM for two weeks in Hawaii. With no saddle time in sight the PCPP could be interesting.

remember me talking about my HR dive in the early races and then you sayin, watch out, at Laramie I;m comin to get you, um, yeah, about that..........
I vaguely remember some sort of conversation that went along lines such as you describe. If in this possible conversation I did say somthing like that I'm sure I meant it as some kind of joke that was probably quite funny at the time.
Watch out for Felicia!
I am sure some rented beach cruisers would keep you in peak form.
After aid station 4, I felt like everyone was gonna pass me, seriously.
