Sweet (pun intended)! Avoiding HFCS is a good thing. When I looked at the glycemic index, HFCS was among the top (if not THE highest). It is so readily absorbed it shocks your system. And we wonder why diabetes is on the rise, especially among the young.

its real sugar, no hfcs. where do you buy that anyway, i want a few cases
if you dont know the harm that hfcs causes google high fructose corn syrup, its highly addictive along the lines of cocaine and heroin.
cost co- sweet nectar. I don't know how good a case a week is for me, but it tastes good.
